We all know that former NBA star Charles Barkley is known for saying some pretty obsecene things from time to time that, for the most part, are usually over looked. His most recent comments however, cannot go unnoticed.
Barkley made the comments on TNT's NBA studio show and Dan Patrick's radio show.
"If I was LeBron James, I would shut the hell up," the Hall of Famer said on Patrick's show. "I'm a big LeBron fan. He's a stud. You gotta give him his props. I'm getting so annoyed he's talking about what he's going to do in two years. I think it's disrespectful to the game. I think it's disrespectful to the Cavaliers."
Now, I like the fact that the tried to throw a couple of positive statements in there, but saying that a grown man who makes his own decisions about HIS future should "Shut the hell up" just because he's tired of hearing about it is just unacceptable.
It shows that Barkley lacks class, poise and it shows that he could really care LESS about what comes out of his mouth. He's stupid. That's all I've got to say about that," James said Friday night before the Cavaliers' game against Golden State. I agree with LeBron 100 percent! How does speculating on your future plans regarding your NBA career qualify as "disrespecting the game?" If anything, Barkley should be telling the media to "Shut the hell up" because they're the reason why LeBron keeps talking about it.
Charles, Why don't YOU do us all a favor and SHUT THE HELL UP.

I am not a big NBA fan, however I do watch and have my favorites...like Allen Iverson, Shaq, Dwight Howard, Carmello Anthony, Steve Nash, etc.
When you speak of Charles Barkley, he always says or does something controversial that usually invokes people to like or dislike him. Accepting a person for who they are is tantamount when you consider the influence that they may have on others. Barkley, a great player in his day, is known for saying some very stupid things...he clearly does not think before speaking and this was one of those times. Plus he's no idiot...a smart fellow who has managed to stay on the scene in some fashion and make money (considering most NBA players are broke a few years after their career has ended). I think his outspokenness keeps folks interested in what he has to say. And he was a pretty good player. Don't you think?
he was more than a preety good player....he's a hall of fame player actually...but being a hall of fame player does not mean he's a hall of fame person (if you know what I mean). This is man who spit on fans, cursed a couple of fans out, and threw someone through glass during his NBA career. In my opinion, Charles Barkley does not have THAT much room to be telling other people to shut the hell up about decisions that they may want to make in terms of their careers. He was not exactly the "Model" citizen back in his day, and he still isnt a model citizen to this date. People like conflict and drama thats why they may want to listen to Charles Barkley. plus the fact that he was a hall of famer allows him to stay on the air. along with many others.
